Simon Ferry / Senior Consultant, Aon Hewitt

Simon is a Senior Consultant with Aon Hewitt, based in Seoul. He regularly updates regional and global stakeholders on the Korean compensation and benefits environment. Simon is a member of the Retirement & Benefits consulting practice. He specializes in advising companies on their benefit programs.  Simon has led numerous projects including advising clients on HR aspects of M&A, ERBSA pension redesign, benefits integration and is an expert in pensions accounting valuations. Simon has more than 10 years experience of HR consulting having worked in Korea for more than 5 years and also worked in the UK. Simon is a UK qualified pensions actuary.

The objective of the workshop is to allow members the opportunity to share views and develop informed discussion on issues, which are topical and which almost certainly affect their business in Korea. The meeting will be chaired by a chairman, and a moderator with practical and professional experience of the selected topic. To allow productive interchange of input and ideas, attendance will be limited to 18 people.
