Position Title:
Executive Search Consultant, International Business Development
Reports to: CEO
Position Summary
The position is responsible for developing market opportunities, by securing assignments from international companies, through regular networking with foreign executives from multinational companies (MNCs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), business associations, and other entities located both in Korea and overseas.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Initiate new client development and secure search assignments.
-Manage and maintain relationships with existing, potential clients and Transearch Group.
-Conduct placements and provide total solutions to fulfill clients’ needs.
-Is dedicated to meet the expectation and requirement of the internal and external coordination, in order to achieve and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. MBA or other relevant advanced degree would be advantageous.
-Proven track record of career success with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in business, human resources, or the executive search industry.
-Female candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
-Candidates should be competent in market development. Ideally they are presently living in Korea, or have had significant Korea business and cultural experience from past experience in the country. This includes the ability to identify and establish networks of contacts relevant to Unico’s needs.
-Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates effective interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
-Ability to communicate and engage comfortably with business leaders and government officials at all levels (i.e., C-level/top officials to junior management roles)
-Competitive, energetic and self motivated.
-Ability to multi-task, able to problem solve, and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
-Is widely trusted in the organization; demands integrity in others.
