Full Time Position: Sales Innovator

Description:

Position involves selling high value advertising in a new format to medium and large clients. You will be in the field achieving sales or working with a team to capture large accounts.

Location:

Office is near Seoul City Hall. Outside sales will be in the greater Seoul area.

You must:

• Be highly capable at sales.
• Be Korean and 100% fluent in Korean.
• Speak excellent English.
• Be motivated to consistently learn and improve (we will train you).
• Be able to overcome rejections on a daily basis and overcome "no" to acheive your goals.
• Have excellent conversation skills.
• Demonstrate your ability to get results.
• Be a terrific presenter.

Extra capabilities that will help include:

• Training in advertising.
• Good eye for advertising design.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• A deep understanding of business.

Payment:

• Base pay is nominal however a generous performance bonus will ensure high income to those who perform. You are expected to make a minimum of about ₩1,700,000 per month, more likely ₩2,300,000 - ₩2,700,000 per month if you perform as expected.
