Qualifications:
-Able to fluently speak and write English
-Korean is a plus (not mandatory, but preferred)
-Any other language is a plus

Role:
-Interact with clients (all clients are from outside of Korea; Australia, US, Dubai, Japan, Italy, Mongolia, and others)
*Email, Skype and In person visits from overseas clients
-Interact with Korean technicians (employees) *Some Korean speaking experience would be a plus
-Data entry
-Assisting the customer service manager

-3 month Internship position
-Contract can be extended if approved
