Setting up a hostel in Seoul

Hi,


I like to consider setting up a hostel for tourist in Seoul.

Like to enquire:

1) If it's possible for foreigners to do that?

2） If yes, What are the potential arrangements? e.g. Partnership with Koreans/Acquisition of existing hostels/Acquisition of property/land


3) What are the possible financing options that I can take up
