The Seoul Global Business Support Center (also listed on that page) provides free consulting for setting up a business in Korea.
Thank you Mr Steven... i will check it up.....But i heard about there is some 100 million korea won hav to invest in korea to start a business....it is mandatory for all kind of business like (private business, branch office / local corporation)?
No. You can open a sole-proprietorship without the 100 million, but you won't get a visa for that.
Perhaps you qualify for the F2 points visa? Can you open a business on that?
If you quit your job, you will lose your visa. If you can't quality for residence another way, such as through the points system or marriage to a Korean, then you will have come up with the funds, such as the 100 million Korean won.
