Getting F2 status in South Korea by TOPIK ....

I came to South Korea on 23rd march ' 2011 for job under EPS ( Employment Permit System) by HRD,Korea & my visa status is E-9. If I want to change my visa status in future by taking a TOPIK exam then what are the main requirements & what are the proper way to learn Korean language quickly that help me to get a good score in TOPIK? If anyone know about this mater then please help me in details giving more information then I will be grateful to you.
