Great resource page! Though I would venture that you have more than 15% of the language if you're actively translating.

I just found the Darakwon Korean language learning book catalogue 2011 available as PDF. It's quite a hefty download (34 MB) as usual with bloated Korean PDF's, but might be useful for someone.
