- I am an MBA-Management graduate with 6 years work experience - 4 years in the management level. I am from the United States, getting married to a Korean national next year so yes, it means that I have to move to South Korea in the next 6-8 months. I am willing to do this, however I am experiencing some real challenges in looking for a place to work in the mean time before I take a nose-dive and start my restaurant business, which I already have in the Philippines 2 years ago. I realize that the best way is to get my foot in the door and immerse myself in the Korean business culture, learn about financing processes, banking, licensing and such; and the best way to go about, I find, is to find work first.
