Awesome! A Mexican restaurant in Korea! When I was living there as a service member in 2003/2004 we had to settle for the faux-Mexican that they served at the Dragon hotel in Seoul at Yongsan military base.  My suggestion is to market heavily towards any US service members in the area.  I can't remember if there's a base near Daejeon though.  Good Luck!
